Will Squire use my code to train or improve services?
No. Squire only reads your code into memory while performing work you’ve asked for. We never write to disk, a database, or record your code in any way.
How does Squire work?
Squire is a GitHub application that leverages Large Language Models, along with its proprietary RAG framework, to understand source code and generate solutions. Enabling developers to call @squire along with a task and get a pull request in response, with accurate changes.
When does Squire generate code or a PR?
Squire only works when you ask it to. You tag Squire in a pull request along with a prompt, ex: “@squire split this into two functions.”, and we’ll commit a PR against the branch you tagged us in that you can choose to accept.
Does Squire commit directly to my source code?
Squire will never commit to your main branch, and only acts when asked. Squire will always open a PR against the branch you have tagged us in for a change so your team can approve it.
